London Underground (ITNET)

As well as working on improving client relationships, VIS was involved in a number different proposals and ensuring that the proposals would be deliverable projects.

The main project, during this time, was a new bespoke application for a single unit within London Underground. VIS took the Business Analysis, prepared the project proposal, and then became the technical lead/ client contact for the project. Key features of the project:

• Significant code re-use from a previous project
• Administration part of the application was written as an ASP.NET application which re-used the relevant database layer components
