London Borough of Ealing Council (Serco)

VIS managed the ICT elements of the office moves being carried out at Ealing Borough Council. A member of the VIS consultancy team became part of the Ealing facilities management team to help streamline a very complex process.

This project involved working closely with users, preparing them for the move, investigating their real requirements, planning and obtaining relevant resources, co-ordinating with the rest of the moves team and third-party suppliers
